The building was built in 1734. The main facade has the only surviving Baroque stone portal in the manor, made of Gotland sandstone in the former Königsberg. The front door and windows from the early 19th century have been preserved.

From this room, a door leads to the future apple orchard, where "manor-era" apple trees are being planted.

A regular Baroque-style garden is being cultivated, where specially selected, today rare varieties of apple trees will grow.

The park is designed in a romantic style. Paths lead from quiet corners to light-filled squares, where beautiful miniature landscapes open up to the view. In the park, groups of majestic, large ash trees alternate with lilac, honeysuckle, and hornbeam bushes, which bloom in spring with bright flowers and fragrance, creating a special atmosphere of the park.
